Dear East Bluff Residents,
East Bluff Homeowners’ Association will hold its annual meeting on March 10, 2025, at the Sherman Avenue United Methodist Church, 3705 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, WI. Registration will start at 6:15 pm and the meeting will start promptly at 6:30 pm.
THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MEETING
Quorum: Except as otherwise provided in these By-laws, the presence in person or by proxy of twenty-five percent (25%) of the owners, as defined in “Section 4” of this Article shall constitute a quorum at any annual or special meeting of the Association.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the proxy form below and designate a representative who will be attending and whom you trust to vote on your behalf. You can also send your proxy vote authorization to the office at 309 East Bluff or return the form by one of the following methods:

BOARD ELECTION AND CANDIDACY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Association will hold elections for two open positions on the Board of Directors. Based on the current Board term structure, the available positions are:
• One position with a one year term
• One position with a two year term
We are now accepting candidate bios from residents interested in running for the Board. If you would like to be considered, please complete the Candidate Bio Form linked below. Your bio will be included in the Annual Meeting Packet that will be sent to all owners.

If you prefer not to use the online form, you may complete the attached PDF and email it back. A clear photo of the completed form is also acceptable.
Deadline to submit a Candidacy Form:
Please return your completed bio form by Friday, February 27, 2026 so it can be included in the Annual Meeting Packet.
A brief reminder about the Board’s role:
The East Bluff Board of Directors is responsible for administering the affairs of the Association in accordance with the Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations. The Board provides governance and oversight for the community, including approving budgets, overseeing common area maintenance and repairs, enforcing Association policies, and working with the management company to ensure the property is properly maintained and operated.
Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help guide decisions that impact the long term health, safety, and financial stability of East Bluff.
