February 17, 2026Dear East Bluff Residents,
As we prepare for the upcoming 2026 Annual Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:30 PM, the Association will be holding elections for two (2) open positions on the Board of Directors.
Based on the current Board term structure, the available positions are:
- One (1) position with a one-year term
- One (1) position with a two-year term
We are now accepting candidate bios from residents interested in running for the Board. If you would like to be considered, please complete the Candidate Bio Form linked below. Your bio will be included in the Annual Meeting Packet that will be sent to all owners.

A brief reminder about the Board’s role
The East Bluff Board of Directors is responsible for administering the affairs of the Association in accordance with the Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations. The Board provides governance and oversight for the community, including approving budgets, overseeing common area maintenance and repairs, enforcing Association policies, and working with the management company to ensure the property is properly maintained and operated.
Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help guide decisions that impact the long-term health, safety, and financial stability of East Bluff.
Additional details about the Annual Meeting will follow in a separate announcement. For now, we encourage interested volunteers to submit their bios by the deadline above.
