East Bluff Homeowners’ Association will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the Sherman Avenue United Methodist Church, 3705 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, WI. Registration will start at 6:15 pm and the meeting will start promptly at 6:30 pm. 

THIS IS AN IN-PERSON MEETING

• Two positions with two-year terms
• One position with a one-year term

Please limit candidate introductions to 2 to 3 minutes.

Quorum: Except as otherwise provided in these By-laws, the presence in person or by proxy of twenty-five percent (25%) of the owners, as defined in “Section 4” of this Article shall constitute a quorum at any annual or special meeting of the Association. 

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the proxy form on this link and designate a representative who will be attending and whom you trust to vote on your behalf. You can also send your proxy vote authorization to the office at 309 East Bluff or return the form by one of the following methods:
