To ensure the safety of our residents and the aesthetic standards of our community, the Board of Directors is seeking a dedicated volunteer to serve as the East Bluff Parking Coordinator starting in March 2026.
The Authority & Purpose
Pursuant to the East Bluff Governing Documents (CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations), the Association maintains the right to regulate common area parking to ensure:
- Emergency Access: Keeping fire lanes and hydrants clear for first responders.
- Equitable Use: Ensuring guest spaces remain available for visitors and not used for long-term resident storage.
- Property Values: Identifying abandoned or non-operational vehicles that detract from our community’s appearance.
- Compliance: Providing a fair and consistent process for issuing violation notices and coordinating towing when necessary.
Position Expectations
We are looking for a detail-oriented neighbor who is comfortable upholding our shared community standards.
- Routine Checks: Conduct rounds of the property (approximately 10–20 minutes per round) several times per week.
- Professionalism: Issues formal violation stickers and coordinates with our towing partner in strict accordance with Association rules.
