Dear East Bluff Homeowners,

I hope this email finds you well. As we continue to work towards maintaining and enhancing our community, we would like to inform you about an upcoming siding project that will take place throughout the association.

Siding Project Details:

• Start Date: March 11th
• Scope: New siding, soffit and fascia, gutters and downspouts, and base trim for each building
• Duration: 1-2 weeks per building
• Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (or until dark)
• Parking: Crews will use visitor parking spaces as they progress building by building
• Project Route: Beginning at the 529-536 building and moving east along North Port, then shifting north at Sherman

A more detailed schedule will be shared with residents at least one week before work begins on their building.

Action Required from Residents:

• Vent Openings on Second Story: Each unit has a vent opening on the second story. Please let us know if it is still in use. If in use, we will ensure it is left open; if not in use, it will be covered over by siding.

• Attendance at Annual Meeting: We encourage all residents to attend the Annual Meeting and vote on the budget. The funding for this project will be sourced through cost-cutting measures, but we need your input on covering the remaining gap. Options include a minimal fee increase and an average special assessment of $150 or a larger increase in dues (estimated at $25 per month) with no special assessment.
