Welcome to Superior Property Group! We are excited to announce that our team has been selected as the new management company for the East Bluff Homeowners’ Association. We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth transition for all owners.

We understand that change can be difficult, but we want to assure you that our team is here to help. As part of our commitment to improving our services, we will be introducing some new processes that will benefit you as an owner and resident. Here’s what you can expect:

Owner Portal – Each owner will have access to their own portal where communication and account activity can be viewed at any time. The Owner Portal is also where you will enroll in e-pay or auto-pay and submit work orders.

Condo Dues – For those interested in continuing to pay via direct deposit, this is still an option. We will be sending out instructions next week on how to set this up to ensure that your June dues are collected on time. For those who have not yet enrolled in auto-pay, we highly recommend it. Setting up automatic payments is fast, safe, and convenient. It eliminates the need for manual payments and ensures that your accounts are always up-to-date. 

Maintenance – Our team will work closely with Oscar, who will still be working for East Bluff, to ensure that all maintenance requests are handled promptly. Additionally, our extensive team of maintenance professionals will be available for in-unit repairs and remodeling, should you desire these services. Our crew includes licensed plumbers, HVAC and General Contractors along with painters, dry-wallers and cleaners.
